Where did you buy?
Website
Stripe, our payment provider, emails a receipt with the subject Your receipt from CHATPRIME.AI #…. Search your email for CHATPRIME.AI and match the date and amount. Check spam and every address you use.
iPhone or iPad
Apple (App Store) charged you. Look for an email receipt from Apple, or check your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Not there? Contact support with the date and amount.
Android
Google (Google Play) charged you. Look for an email receipt from Google, or open your Google Play order history.
Not there? Contact support with the date and amount.

Write to us before you contact your bank. Contact support with the date, the amount and the last four digits of your card.
The name doesn't match my receipt?
A website charge often shows a name such as CHATPRIME HAIR STUDIO on your card statement, while the receipt may say Hair Studio or Photoshoot. Match by date and amount.
Why was I charged?
A trial ended, or your subscription renewed. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
