How trials and renewals work

A trial renews into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Where did you buy?
Website
Write to us from the email you used to buy and say you want to cancel. Full steps
You're done when we confirm the cancellation by email.
iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → ChatPrime → Cancel Subscription.
You're done when you see Expires on with a date.
Android
Open Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ChatPrime → Cancel subscription.

Having trouble?
When does it renew?
On the end date of the period on your receipt, for example Sep 13-Oct 13, 2026. A website trial shows Trial period for … on that receipt.
Already charged after the trial?
Cancel first, so it doesn't renew again. Then read the Refund policy. If you think the charge is a mistake, contact support with your receipt.
Do I keep access after I cancel?
Yes, until the end of the period you already paid for.
