Receipts and invoices

Receipts for website purchases are sent to your checkout email, with the subject "Your receipt from CHATPRIME.AI #…". The email has Download invoice and Download receipt buttons.

Can't find it?

1. Search your email, including spam, for "CHATPRIME.AI" and check every address you use.
2. Still nothing? Contact support with your Account ID and the date and amount of the charge.

If you bought inside the app, your receipts come from Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not from us.
